The World Series of Poker (WSOP) 2025 championship will return to Las Vegas from May 27 through July 16, marking its fourth consecutive year at the Horseshoe and Paris casinos on the Strip. The Main Event's final table is scheduled for July 15-16 at the Horseshoe Events Center.

The iconic Main Event, running since 1970, maintains its $10,000 buy-in and continues to offer an eight-figure prize pool. Following 2024's 99 bracelet events, 2025 is expected to feature over 100 events due to consistently increasing attendance since 2022.

Popular tournaments returning in 2025 include:

• Mystery Millions
• Millionaire Maker
• Senior's Championship
• $1,000-entry Tag Team
• Shootout events

Background: GGPoker acquired WSOP from Caesars Entertainment in 2024 for $500 million, though Caesars retains hosting rights until 2044. This marks a significant return on investment for Caesars, which originally purchased WSOP and Binion's Horseshoe for $44.3 million in 2004.

WSOP CEO Ty Stewart promises "the biggest poker events on the planet, the best action and the most intense competition" for the 56th annual championship series.
