The vehicle landed upside down on the casino's Executive Conference Center's roof, causing over $50,000 in damage and creating significant water leakage. Oldham sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was hospitalized.

Court documents reveal Oldham's history of mental health issues, including diagnosed psychosis. He reportedly stopped taking prescribed medication last month and expressed paranoid beliefs about people trying to kill him. Despite recommendations, he refused hospital treatment and was found in possession of weapons while on probation.

Oldham, previously convicted in 2011 for possession of child pornography in Kentucky, served 78 months in prison. He was later arrested for failing to possess proper sex offender identification.

The casino and garage were temporarily evacuated but reopened after investigation. Emergency responders removed the vehicle within nine hours, and no other injuries were reported. Oldham now faces charges of criminal recklessness and criminal mischief.
