Rabona Casino Files $1.6M Lawsuit Against Mike Tyson Over Jake Paul Fight No-Show
Online gambling platform Rabona.com is suing Mike Tyson for $1.6 million, claiming he failed to fulfill his brand ambassador obligations while preparing for his Netflix fight with Jake Paul.

The lawsuit, filed in London's High Court by UK-based Medier (Rabona's marketing company), alleges Tyson and his company Tyrannic broke their contract in March 2024, coinciding with the announcement of the Tyson vs Paul Netflix special. The fight reportedly earned Tyson $20 million.
The February 2024 agreement required Tyson to host monthly livestreams on Rabona's Twitch and Kick channels, playing casino games and sharing stories from his career. Medier claims these obligations went unfulfilled as Tyson focused on training for his fight against the 30-years-younger Paul.
Tyrannic disputes these claims, stating that Medier "materially breached the terms of its license agreement on multiple occasions" and that termination was necessary to protect the Tyson brand's reputation.
The controversy extends beyond the Rabona lawsuit. A separate class-action lawsuit in Florida targets Netflix over streaming quality issues during the November 15 fight, which many viewers found disappointing. The complaint alleges Netflix was "woefully ill-prepared" for the event's high demand, making it "unwatchable" for many of the 60 million Americans who tuned in.
