Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana will open its doors on February 13, 2025, in Bossier City. The $270 million resort marks The Cordish Companies' newest gaming destination.

The property features:

• Sportsbook
• 47,000-square-foot gaming floor
• 549-room hotel in a 12-story tower
• Resort-style pool and fitness center
• 25,000-square-foot Event Center
• 30,000 square feet of dining and entertainment
• 31-site RV park with full hookups

The dining options include:

• Sports & Social sports bar and restaurant
• Luk Foo Asian restaurant featuring Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese cuisine
• The Prime Rib steakhouse specializing in chops and seafood

Opening weekend room rates start at $399 per night, with a total two-night stay costing $957.27 including taxes and fees.

The resort replaces the former Diamond Jacks property, which Cordish acquired in April 2023. This new development aims to revitalize the Bossier City/Shreveport gaming market, which has seen declining revenues in recent years, dropping from $667 million in FY2016 to $517.7 million in FY2024.

Live! Louisiana represents Cordish's expansion beyond their existing properties in Maryland and Pennsylvania, with another casino resort planned for Petersburg, Virginia.
