BetMGM has introduced a streamlined rewards points program that allows customers to view their points across different states in a single digital wallet, replacing the previous state-by-state system.

The enhancement is part of BetMGM's single account initiative, which provides users with unified login credentials and account settings, along with a consolidated cash balance accessible throughout all BetMGM-operated states.

This update follows BetMGM's implementation of cross-state transferrable digital wallets three months ago, making them the first multi-state operator to offer this feature. The system allows customers who register in one location, such as Las Vegas, to access their account across all BetMGM-operated jurisdictions.

The rewards program integrates with MGM Rewards and includes a partnership with Marriott Bonvoy, enabling customers to earn points redeemable at MGM's physical properties. Currently, BetMGM operates in 29 North American jurisdictions, though the new rewards system is not yet available in Ontario, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

BetMGM CEO Adam Greenblatt emphasized that the rewards program highlights their key advantages: omnichannel play, MGM Resorts International's hospitality and entertainment offerings, and strategic partnerships. Users can earn rewards through both sports betting and casino gaming, with benefits available for both online and in-person experiences.

The joint venture between Entain and MGM Resorts International continues to innovate in the digital gaming space, offering customers a more seamless experience across their betting and gaming activities.
